Beth has been in mortgage lending for over 20 years and in the real estate industry for more than 25. She has successfully served hundreds of clients while retaining the highest marks in customer satisfaction and service.

Beth started her lending career with an emphasis on relocation transferees, VA and FHA financing, but has since expanded into the first time homebuyer market. Her extensive knowledge of government financing and guidelines are particularly valuable in light of the current mortgage atmosphere.

Specialty areas also include the Virginia Housing Bond loan programs (VHDA) and the USDA Rural Development loans.

A long-time Northern Virginia resident, she currently resides in Orange County with her husband and children on their 20-acre horse farm.
